Over 7,500 employees across our head office in Wiener Neudorf and at the other locations of our head office departments and main companies have challenging and varied jobs. The individual employment areas support our retail companies BILLA, PENNY, BIPA and ADEG in their daily business and consequently also underpin the success of the REWE Group in Austria. As one of Austria’s leading retail companies, we are a reliable partner for food quality, enjoyment, health and sustainability – with a unique supply quality that extends far beyond the borders of our country. Our business activities extend across Central and Eastern European countries (Italy, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Lithuania and Croatia). From north to south, from east to west. Our work ensures that the more than 11 million consumers who shop every day at the 4,400 or so stores belonging to our retail companies in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe have what they need to live.
Portfolio management
In our portfolio management team, you and your colleagues will be responsible for the ongoing management of existing commercial and head office buildings.
Group management accounting department
With your reports and analyses, you will support the Group management in key decisions and therefore have a position of responsibility that contributes greatly to the company’s success.
Own brands
You and your team colleagues have a responsible role in managing the products from around 60 REWE Group own brands.

Meat products
As an employee of our main company, REWE Austria Fleischwaren GmbH, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers find the freshest goods and best quality in all Austrian stores every day.
Property expansion department
You will monitor the real estate market, advise on property law issues and work with your colleagues to expand our network of stores. Your negotiating skills help us acquire attractive locations close to our customers.
In-house consulting
The in-house consulting team is the in-house consultancy for REWE International AG. The team delivers high-quality, tailor-made solutions for REWE International AG and its subsidiaries in Austria and abroad.
Internal auditing
You will join the head office’s own objective department for auditing and consulting activities that support the company in continuously improving its business processes.
IT & organisation
Together with our team of over 600 people, you succeed in offering customised and innovative IT solutions for all of our Group divisions in Germany and abroad.
Transport industry and logistics
With your commitment, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that our retail partners receive their goods on time and in the best quality every day.

Market research and information management

As an employee at our publisher’s, you will actively shape the image of our company and, together with your team colleagues, publish everything that interests, informs and entertains our readers.
Risk management
As an employee in risk management, you will ensure the success of our company by checking and concluding insurance contracts with the utmost accuracy and managing claims with confidence.
Technical department
As an employee, you and your colleagues will be responsible for construction and building services as well as building management for over 60 new construction and 150 renovation projects per year.
Central purchasing
Together with your colleagues, you will manage your part of REWE Group’s product range, personally look after your suppliers and help shape our company’s product range on your own initiative.
